What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Meet and set goals , assessment , diet plans , measurements , great workout to assess Fitness level.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

World Class powerlifter , state champion , record holder in Missouri and Illinois , train NPC women professional bikini girls And men , I've been a certified trainer for over 25 years.

How did you get started teaching?

I started mine training as a strength and conditioning coach at Peru State college on the track team I became a fitness specialist while working at the United States penitentiary at Leavenworth from from 88 to  2005 , I I've been working in the health clubs since 2004.

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with all kind of students from 12 years old to 88 years old I have a wide variety of clients

Always ask for credentials show you proof of what he's done in his past and who is certified through
