Ive began training in 1977. ( 1 yr out of high school) trained in Okinawan martial arts but mainly weight training. I first met Franchesca at Golds gym ( 2004 ? ) I would see her training her clients in the gym but would much later utilize her as my PT. As a old school muscle head I had the incentive but lacked the flexibility due to old training thought processes. Feeling good and heading into my 1st real PT with my friend Franchesca was some what exciting & hopeful ( thinking I got this ) after that 1st training session I found myself gasping for air and the DOMS to be inexplicably altering. The lessons and the thought process that Franchesca utilizes and customizes to any individual certain lifestyle or goals for her client is one that will bring about life changes to anyone. She is powerful , impressive and a great motivator who will make you sweat & work hard and bring change to a individual at any level. I hold the words and lessons she has shared with me as the most positive motivated lessons for overall good health. Im very greatful and blessed beyond words and sentiments to her commitment not only to me but to see ALL she works with in thier personal investments in quality of life. Franchesca is so personable yet so professional. She is full of knowledge and shares every bit of it with her clients. She explains all techniques very thoroughly so you have a good understanding as to why you do the things you do in your workout. She pushes you, encourages you and helps boost your confidence with what she is teaching/training you to do. She is your cheerleader and wants you to be your best self! The biggest thing for me is I trust her!!!
