We provide a personal one on one approach inside a private training studio. We want to be the perfect alternative to mass membership health clubs where the personal approach can get lost. Our studio is built for your success and our trainers are dedicated to your improvement!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With a new client, we always have a complimentary consultation where we review your health and fitness goals, exercise history, physical limitations, daily nutritional habits, etc...
After that, we provide a baseline workout consisting of a few exercises (about 30 minutes) to evaluate our starting point.
We then take that information and start designing your personal workout program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At The Fitness Studio of Annapolis, we have top level experience working with all levels of fitness. No matter your age, fitness level, physical limitations, or overall goals, We are confident we can design highly effective workout programs that get results!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing structure is simple. We charge only $65 per single session and $90 ($45 per person) for a partner training session. We can accommodate 3 people at a time also at a time when the studio is less busy. That price is $120 ($40 per person)
We usually ask for the client to purchase 10 sessions at a time, cash, check, or billpay. We can work with you also if 10 sessions at a time might be a bit much. The important thing is to get you started on a healthier lifestyle!

when hiring a personal trainer, you want to feel comfortable with that trainer. You're going to be establishing a relationship with the trainer, so comfort and trust are essential for success.
