I've worked in the physical therapy & fitness industry for almost 10 years. I've been a personal trainer for 5 years and have also worked as a General Manager, a Membership Consultant, a Youth Speed & Conditioning Coach, a Physical Therapy Tech, and a Personal Training Director at several gyms in the Annapolis area and while I was in school at Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. I have a degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University. I also have a nationally recognized certification in Personal Training, am CPR certified, and have a TRX Training certification. I approach each client as an individual and build personalized programs designed to acheive each client's individual fitness goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step in getting a program started is to come in for a Fitness Consultation. During the consultation we will take several base-line measurables including height, weight and body fat percentage. Then we discuss injury and exercise history and talk about the individual's fitness goals.

Our pricing varies from $35-$95 per session, depending on program length, session time (30/45/60 min. sessions offered) and frequency (how many times per week you are looking to train). We will narrow down the exact cost during the Fitness Consultation.
How did you get started teaching?
I always played sports growing up, mostly baseball, and I knew I wanted to do something for work that would keep me in an active lifestyle. Personal Training and the Fitness Industry have enabled me to do exactly that, and I love helping my clients acheive their goals.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with kids as young as 7 years old and adults in their 90's; I've had a lot of experience training all different kinds of people with all different kinds of goals.
