FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first step in getting a program started is to come in for a Fitness Consultation. During the consultation we will take several base-line measurables including height, weight and body fat percentage. Then we discuss injury and exercise history and talk about the individual's fitness goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- Degree from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD in Exercise Science

- Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification

- CPR Certification

- TRX Training Certification

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Our pricing varies from $35-$95 per session, depending on program length, session time (30/45/60 min. sessions offered) and frequency (how many times per week you are looking to train). We will narrow down the exact cost during the Fitness Consultation.

How did you get started teaching?

I always played sports growing up, mostly baseball, and I knew I wanted to do something for work that would keep me in an active lifestyle. Personal Training and the Fitness Industry have enabled me to do exactly that, and I love helping my clients acheive their goals.

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with kids as young as 7 years old and adults in their 90's; I've had a lot of experience training all different kinds of people with all different kinds of goals.
