About
Philosophy: To build a functional, sustainable, efficient, athletic, economical, disease-free, pain-free, & injury-free body. I want my clients to not only have optimal & functional health but to become competent, adaptable & productive human beings.
Background:
I have a BS in Exercise Science, worked in Cardiac Rehab, wrestled for four years and have been a consumer for a long time within the fitness industry. I understand the confusion & frustration that customers go through with the vast amount of info we have at the touch of a button. I have experimented and tried several diets, health protocols, supplements, etc. I still continue to test & experiment on myself, but I do this before I utilize these methods with my clients to ensure results.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It all depends on how often I see the client and whether the client does their homework. Every client is at a different stage/level and my goal with them is to get to know their body more and more, within each session. The more I can understand their body, the more I can figure out the root cause of the dysfunction. The more I see a client, the quicker their process or vice versa, if I only see a client once a week, but they're consistently doing their homework 4-5x a week, then they could also progress quickly as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and an American of College Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price for any more that is 30 minutes or less from my location is $30.00 an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I started working as a personal trainer at a local gym at the Y in Arnold and have branched out to the Y in Pasadena, then later on also started running my own in-home gym. And have since then continued to build up my clientele and have gotten several referrals.
What types of students have you worked with?
Mainly middle age to seniors or anyone from the late 30s to 70/80s years old, however, I can work with anyone of any age since I train the human body in accordance to what we evolved to do as species, meaning it's all ingrained in our DNA has a biological preset.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
