FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new student?

STEP 1- Consultation call over FaceTime to see if I am the best coach for you. Also to breakdown what you will need to reach your goals  

STEP 2- Creating a structured path for the ultimate results and to set up an affordable payment plan.

STEP 3- Checking in after the first week of training to analyze results, opinions, and experience of the first week to finally detail the ultimate plan. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

National Acedemy of Sports Medicine (NASM):

•Certified Personal Training (CPT)

•Fitness Nutrtion Specialist (FNS)

•Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Standard 1 on 1 private training is $55-$70 a session. 

Standard 1 on SGT (Small Group Training) is $30-$45 a session.


How did you get started teaching?

I started helping friends in college and soon became very popular as a coach.

I have worked with MTV Models, Proffesional Dancers, Influencers, Motivation Speakers, CEOs, Athletes, Artist, & more


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

It's not just about the look! True fitness program design will also balance your body's structure/posture & performance. 


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Do you want a coach who doesn't look the part of what they "know so much about"?

Are you trying to step on stage as a bodybuilder? If not then should you hire bodybuilding coach?
