What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, and foremost, is an in-depth assessment. It's the most important part when designing a program. We are checking for any muscular or alignment limitations that need to be addressed. Core strength and a sound foundation are 1st.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous certifications I have acquired over my 20-year career.
