About
Hi there! My name is Uche and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for health and wellness began when I was in high school, and I've been helping clients achieve their fitness goals ever since.
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I've also completed additional training in cycling, nutrition, coaching, and corrective exercise.
My training philosophy is centered around functional movements, mobility, and strength training. I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their fitness and overall health, regardless of their starting point. I work with clients to create personalized workout plans that are challenging yet achievable, and I'm always available to offer guidance and support along the way.
As someone who struggled with weight and body image issues in the past, I understand the challenges that come with embarking on a fitness journey. That's why I'm committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable and confident.
I've had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from athletes to beginners. Some of my proudest moments as a trainer have been helping clients achieve their goals, whether that's running a marathon, losing weight, or simply feeling stronger and more energized.
If you're ready to take the first step towards a healthier, happier you, I'd love to hear from you. Contact me to schedule a consultation and let's get started on your fitness journey together!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
What I usually do is get to know my clients/students. I want to know where their thought process is when it comes to the choices they decide to make and from there I like to create solutions that tailors to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a student athlete both in high school and in college. I have also taken personal fitness courses and training exams in personal training and muscular development.
How did you get started teaching?
I started in 2020 when I realized that people wanted to reach a certain goal but did not know how to get there. I used my spirit of enthusiasm and try to gain people's attention when teaching about human body movement and exercise science.
What types of students have you worked with?
Mostly, I have worke with people between 20-25, however, working with older people is not an issue for me.

Always questions to see if the person is able to help you.
