Ramped-Up Fitness helped me grow my glutes and define my abs. As a trainer, he really challenged me by continuing to add weights and increasing the number of sets that I do for each exercise. He taught me not to remain stagnant with my exercises, but to continue to be consistent with working out. Now, I am regularly working out or going to the gym at the least, four times a week. The experience was truly worthwhile and produced major results for my body. I feel good, look good and I am more motivated than ever.
My goal was to get abs like Teyana Taylor and RampedUp Fitness did not disappoint! Uche was a great motivator and pushed me to my limits during our virtual trainings. Definitely recommend!
I fell in love with working out again after starting my Ramped Up Fitness program. Alone, I often struggled with staying motivated and finding workouts that helped me reach my fitness goals. Through Ramped Up I was able to not only reach my goals but was inspired to make exercising a consistent part of my life. I feel refreshed and would recommend this service to anyone who needs a push in the right direction in their fitness journey!
What I usually do is get to know my clients/students. I want to know where their thought process is when it comes to the choices they decide to make and from there I like to create solutions that tailors to their needs.
I was a student athlete both in high school and in college. I have also taken personal fitness courses and training exams in personal training and muscular development.
I started in 2020 when I realized that people wanted to reach a certain goal but did not know how to get there. I used my spirit of enthusiasm and try to gain people's attention when teaching about human body movement and exercise science.
Mostly, I have worke with people between 20-25, however, working with older people is not an issue for me.
Always questions to see if the person is able to help you.
