At our studio, we view each client as an individual, with their own unique goals and need. We work with each client to meet them where they are with regard to their lifestyle.
As a trainer, we play an integral role in partnering with and educating our clients on improving their health and fitness by making permanent lifestyle changes, one step at a time. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, we bring lots of experience with various clients ranging from 8-85, specializing in new exercisers and those with specific needs such as injury or recovery from illness.

We start all our clients with a consultation where we discuss exercise history, struggles, illness, injuries and past success. After this initial conversation, we perform a movement based assessment to determine how to move forward with a plan. From there, we map our an initial plan and starting point.

Ask lots of questions and look for someone who will openly answer them and encourage asking. Also, look for a trainer that talks about and demonstrates progression with exercises. Seek out a trainer that listens to what you tell them about your body -- If something doesn't feel good or feel right, ask them to modify.
