About

Hello! I’ve 20 years’ experience as a personal trainer & health coach. Complimenting this expertise, I’ve also 5 years as a nutritional consultant with an organic superfood company, consistently growing leadership roles & responsibilities within the corporation & in my team. Via proper exercise, training & human performance programs coupled with clean nutritional counseling, I’ve helped thousands of individuals achieve their health & wellness goals. I’m highly motivated & extremely passionate about seeing my clients succeed.

I was certified through NSPA & NASM. An advocate of continuing-education, also added the following accreditations to my toolbox: pre-natal, Swiss ball, Mad Dogg Spinning & Insanity.

I’m also an avid athlete myself. I weight-train daily, run, practice weekly Bikram yoga and Pilates (for more than 20 years). I completed 8 marathons, more than 30 half-marathons & roughly 25 sprint & Olympic triathlons. My proven passion for health & wellness pour onto others & drive me to continue my quest of making the world a better place by improving the lives of my clients.
