Each of my personal training sessions are designed around your fitness level and goals. I'm not only your personal trainer during our training sessions but I make myself available to your questions and concerns at anytime.

Fees are based on whether clients come to me in Frederick, Md to work or I come to them for in home training.

Worked for a gym who I had wonderful mentors who supported and motivated me in my fitness goals. It was such a wonderful experiance I wanted to do the same for others. 

Most of my clients range from age 30 to 70 years of age. 

When a client said to me how good they now feel about themselves. More confident and empowered. 

Make sure you are confortable with a trainer and they act as a partner in your journey toward your fitness goals. Make sure the the trainer fits in how you like to be communicate with.
