What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I find out what our fitness goals are, what have you been doing up to this point and if so what has worked or not worked for you. Finding out your lifestyle is important as well. Because your session is based on not only your fitness goals but what you have time to do on your own. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

National Academy of Sport Medicine Certifed Personal Training Certification. 

NASM Performance Specialst

NASM Corrective Exercise Specialst

NASM Weight Loss Specialist

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Fees are based on whether clients come to me in Frederick, Md to work or I come to them for in home training.


How did you get started teaching?

Worked for a gym who I had wonderful mentors who supported and motivated me in my fitness goals. It was such a wonderful experiance I wanted to do the same for others. 


What types of students have you worked with?

Most of my clients range from age 30 to 70 years of age. 


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

When a client said to me how good they now feel about themselves. More confident and empowered. 


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you are confortable with a trainer and they act as a partner in your journey toward your fitness goals. Make sure the the trainer fits in how you like to be communicate with.
