About
I have been practicing martial arts and competing in sports my whole life but, my passion falls with martial arts and physical conditioning. I am certified in the martial art of Pencak Silat and personal training. I specialize in self-defense, calisthenics, kettlebells and macebells. I love helping people getting connected to their bodies and learn to love moving them. Pencak Silat Satria Fighting Arts has a very unique way of progressively teaching the body to move for self-defense and mind-body connection that is from Ancient times.
