I surprised myself by making it this far. I have never been able to stick to going to the gym by myself so I never saw results. Working with Ayanna I can see and feel progress. She is a very patient trainer with the ability to modify movements whenever needed. And she helps with motivation and tips when it comes to diet and general health. We figure what your goals are and what you're looking to get out of the training. From there, we start building a foundation and ease you into CrossFit workouts if you are not familiar with them.
