Exercise is a celebration of what the body can do, not a punishment!!

I provide personal training in a way that is informative, fun, and comprehensive. No client ever leaves a session with me not knowing to do, and that is very important to me.

I ensure every client is comfortable with the program, feels confident in their performances of every movement, and can find some enjoyment in the process.

Everyone is pushed by different motivations. I try to find what methods work best for the individual client and then tailor their workouts to that.

I absolutely love what I do and I love watching my clients improve and grow in their health and fitness to be able to continue that after I have trained them!
