I love what I do! Getting ppl to step outside of their comfort zone and work hard to become healthier and happier. Attempting to achieve optimal health and making new friendships in the process. Nothing is better than this in my eyes.

5 years experience with group training and personal training 

I went through my own weight loss journey losing over 120 pounds. During that time I fell in love with health and fitness.  After seeing how I felt after reaching my goals, and having other trainers encourage me to get into the field it was a no brainer.  I love what I do!  Seeing the smiles on client faces when they lose weight, gain strength in their lifts, or simply thank me for my belief in them. Pushing each one beyond limits or expectations.  It's why I do what I do, and why I constantly continue working on myself as well. 

I've worked with numerous clients with focus ranging from weight loss, to building strength, learning how to lift weights, as well as clients just looking to build healthier habits in both the gym /kitchen.

It's as much mental as it is physical so please invest in yourself.
