    Supportive and fun atmosphere that welcomes people of any age and skill level. I have happily done boot camps, spinning, and more, but this is the best all around workout for cardio, strength, stretching, and enjoyability!! The class time flies by and I have noticed improvement in just 3 months of heavy bag classes. All the different trainers are great, too - they each run their classes differently but theyre all absolutely wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

    Frequently asked questions

    Every new Student will go through an informal evaluation during their first lesson. We get a gauge of your goals, interests, and how we can tailor lessons. We will go over boxing basics, movements, drills and padwork. Questions are welcomed and encouraged.
    All coaches are Safesport/ USA Boxing Certified, able to work with all levels. Our Head PT Coach has over 15 Years of Combat Sports experience, with a focus in Small Group Personal Training for the past 4 years.
    Small Group Training $40/45min sessions. 4 person Max 1 on 1 Training $65/Session $65/45min session. Bulk Discounts may apply.
    We love Boxing for its uniqueness, difficulty, and universality. Our owners found Boxing through their own struggle with health and fitness. We are a family owned gym with a passion for teaching and helping others. Our focus is fun and fitness first to ensure Boxing is accessible for everyone.
    We work with over 20 clients per week, ranging from teens and business owners, marketing professionals and former college athletes, to amputees and soccer moms. Boxing is for everyone.
    Every day offers something new to enjoy and look back on. Seeing a student pick up on something they've been working on, or conquering an exercise they couldn't do before is a great thing to be able to see on a daily basis. Usually it's something silly our Youth Students say that bring the most joy.
    Be clear about your expectations and desires. If you want to learn something specific, or have a direction you want to go, let your coach know. It helps us. Also, don't be afraid to try something new. There are lots of great coaches out there. It's less about finding the BEST one, and more about finding the RIGHT one for you.
