Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do an exploratory phone or zoom session to understand where they are now and where they want to be.
I understand if there are any health issues or concerns I should know about and encourage consulting a doctor before starting a new program.
I am program-driven so when I design workouts I have a vision in mind for the evolution. Therefore, some workouts may focus on one element and the next will focus on another. In total by the week's end, a comprehensive approach has been executed for great results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of group exercise instruction and personal training experience. I am certified through the Athletics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
