You will not find a more kind, encouraging, and accommodating individual out there than Brandi. Speaking as a morbidly obese individual, I was concerned about not being able to perform the exercise routines given to me. It only took a couple session with Brandi to completely let go of that fear. In my experience, Brandi is absolutely exceptional at honing in on exactly where your personal strengths and weaknesses are. She will push you to your limit, but she will never overexert you. Right from the start just about every workout session I have had with her was the perfect level of challenge. I have to fight hard to finish it, but I can almost always finish it (it helps that she's also a very encouraging cheerleader while you are doing the exercises). She will even adjust routines on-the-fly if you are unusually under the weather, fatigued, sore, etc. You name it, she can accommodate for it. She's also very helpful even outside of sessions. If you pick Brandi as your personal trainer (which, if you ask me, you definitely should), I definitely recommend giving her thorough feedback before, during, and after sessions on what you feel during exercises, as well as asking questions about exercises if you have any. She has been incredibly patient with me and has been very happy to answer all of my questions. The feedback also helps her to help you, as it gives her more information to really nail down your strengths and weaknesses. And, if you're looking for results, as a personal anecdote, I lost about 20 pounds in the first 4 weeks (from 320 down to 300), with only three roughly 30 minute sessions per week. And that is without diet changes. TLDR: I couldn't be happier having chosen Brandi as my personal trainer. She is exceptionally compassionate, enthusiastic, flexible, and effective. I believe she would be a great trainer for anyone.

I love how Brandi encourages me inside and outside of my workouts. She made it her goal to get to know me, my goals, and challenges. I know she truly cares about me and helping me reach my goals! She understands what total body health is all about.

Brandi offers modifications for more challenge as well as less strenuous for each exercise. She provides a variety of exercises from use of hand weights, theraband, Swiss ball and just one's own body weight. Brandi offers fantastic whole body as well as core/sectional strengthening flexibility and balance exercises-the time with her Flies by!

Brandi is always welcoming, cheerful, energetic and helpful. Her workouts are varied and creative. Since working with Brandi I have lost almost 10 pounds and gained strength and conditioning, and feel better about myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I do an exploratory phone or zoom session to understand where they are now and where they want to be.

I understand if there are any health issues or concerns I should know about and encourage consulting a doctor before starting a new program.

I am program-driven so when I design workouts I have a vision in mind for the evolution. Therefore, some workouts may focus on one element and the next will focus on another. In total by the week's end, a comprehensive approach has been executed for great results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15 years of group exercise instruction and personal training experience. I am certified through the Athletics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
