What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Honestly, I rather schedule a one on one class to get an idea/understanding to see exactly what the student is capable of doing.
As a beginner, within the first month or 2 of training consist of Flexibility, Balance, Stability and strength training. This is a very assential part of Martial Arts as in anything else, we must build a strong Foundation!
What types of students have you worked with?
Ages from 4 to Adults.
