Just to give you some quick insight on what you, as a client, will get from me:

You will have a coach who cares about YOU as a person trying to achieve a goal not as a $. I do NOT give out cookie cutter diets or take on 1,000s of clients at once. All of my nutrition plans are different based off the specific needs / goals/ body type, and life style of the individual client. My clients will have similar food choices as I like to provide my All-star lists of foods which focuses on nutrient-dense foods, but the portion sizes will all be different, manipulations will all be different, how the program progresses will all be different, etc. As for the number of clients I choose to take on, I limit this to the maximum amount I feel I can still give 100% to each client. If I'm not able to give 100% to each client, I am doing them a disservice as they are paying me for my services. Yes, I would make a lot more money if I took on as many new clients as I could, but my heart comes into play, and how I care for my clients takes over the business side of me.

Now, through your experience, my main goal is to not only help you achieve your goals, but it is to EDUCATE you on how to live this as a lifestyle. I do not teach fad-diets, I do not do "quick-fixes," but I will use multiple nutritional strategies to get you to your goal and explain why I am doing them so you understand the process. If you ever feel lost or confused on why we are eating something, or not eating something, or why we cut certain calories. Each week I give out a weekly advice email as a mass email to my clients which educates them on different areas of nutrition. This leaves the doors open to ask any questions you'd like on that topic as well as any topics you have in mind. I am on call with my clients 24/7. Yes i have received phone calls and emails at 3am in the morning from tipsy clients who needed to be talked out of a binge lol. If i cannot answer your call or email right away, I will be sure to as soon as I get the chance. Even on my honeymoon I was able to make and send all my clients their manipulations during that week.

That I can positively impact someones life and lead them to an overall healthier lifestyle. That my clients come to me not just for nutirional guidance, but when ever they need positivity in their life.
