Hi my name is Anthony and I'm an NCSF Certified Trainer with 2 years of experience, I also have certifications in TRX, Bulgarian Bag and Body Weight training and also 10 years of experience in Boxing. I can travel to the Bronx, Brooklyn,Manhattan or Queens for home based training and I also offer private studio training. Very affordable rates for 60 minutes and 1 hour and a half sessions.

I offer an honest PT service tailored towards the individual. I don't believe in the "one size fits all" theory to fitness. I believe every client's body is different and that is how I program for all my clients. I believe that fitness should be used as a form of stress relief and this is what B.M.S Fitness offers.
