Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. Start with a Free Trial Session to make sure we are a good fit
2. Devise a game plan in terms of workout program design and nutrition that will help us efficiently and quickly achieve your goals
3. Execute the plan. We will hold you accountable daily to ensure you stay on the path to success!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Champion Gym Trainers are all highly Vetted, Certified, and Insured to bring you the best possible training at affordable rates.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We can customize a package for you, just ask! We always want to make sure our programs are suitable for all clients especially financially.
How did you get started teaching?
I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast and martial artist. The Champion Gym Trainers Team consists of fitness fanatics who are passionate for fitness; every trainer has a mastery over weight training, cardiovascular exercise, nutrition, and his/her own athletic specialization (yoga, boxing, marathon running, kickboxing, bodybuilding, etc.)
What types of students have you worked with?
We have been in business for over 10+ years and have worked with every type of client imaginable from post-rehabilitation/surgery clients to professional athletes and everyone in between.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We helped a young student train for and eventually pass his Physical Exam for West Point. He came to us completely out of shape, and there were some failures at first, but we got the job done and he passed! We are so proud of him!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
CONSISTENCY is everything. Be prepared to invest (some) time and effort DAILY to achieve your goals. You MUST work hard in the gym and work hard in the kitchen eating clean.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask yourself how serious am I about making a change once and for all? Do not waste your time if you cannot honestly give 100% of your effort to reach your goal.
