About
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for over 2 years. Due to my experience dealing with all demographics of people ranging from children to the elderly I am able to create programs for people of all fitness levels. I also have experience dealing with specific injuries when training individuals.
My work is extremely fulfilling. I enjoy teaching people proper form when exercising. More so, I enjoy seeing my clients make progress from week to week. It is a special moment when a client thanks you for helping them achieve their goal which they have sought after for so long.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically I perform a basic assessment with my new clients. The basic assessment involves an Overhead Squat Assessment followed by a postural assessment. I follow this up with an evaluation of basic levels of fitness utilizing a 1-minute step test, push up test and plank test. The initial assessment allows me to evaluate my clients current fitness level so that I may create an effective program to meet their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a Physical Therapists Aide for over two years. I have been trained in various corrective exercises in this time. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.
