Drew is very professional and great with my son. The fact that he looks forward to his sessions speaks volumes!

The first thing I love about working with Drew is that he’s super patient. I don’t feel like he ever gets frustrated with me during our training sessions being that I’m a newbie. I also love that he challenges me and pushes me and I always end the session feeling like I’ve grown a little and learned something new. He’s helping me to build confidence in my technique, I can see my growth, and always feel like I get a great workout. I feel like I get challenged physically and mentally working with Drew . He’s also an all around good guy . I’ll definitely be training with him for the long haul as I know that my time and money are going to the kind of workouts you get results from.

    His knowledge and expertise.

I absolutely loved working with Drew. Drew knows how to create workouts that target the full body, and they’re hard, but not impossible (even when I complained that they were). Drew always kept the bar high for me, even when I didn’t think I could do it, and I saw myself become so much stronger and more fit while working with him. Drew is knowledgeable about coming up with a workout, and I loved the boxing work we did together (he really knows his stuff). Best of all, working with drew was fun. Fitness and boxing are something I love and enjoy, and drew kept them enjoyable, even when he was working me really hard.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to get to know students and clients individually. Find their goals, their experience, just different things about their personality. Then I work with them from there to maximize their experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Multiple fitness certifications.
Life long martial artist/athlete
Over a decade of competing boxing, Bjj, mma.
Over a decade in training adults, children, groups and privates.

How did you get started teaching?

I started by helping out other fighters in the gym. Until I was offered a position to actually instruct classes.

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with children as young as 2 to adults as old as 80. I've taught private clients to huge classes of 50. I've worked with many children with autism as well. To me teaching is the ultimate level of understanding. So I enjoy being able to teach anyone my skills and experience.
