What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We invite new students to join our established group classes so they can train with both beginners and experienced individuals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years of martial arts experience, which includes teaching, competing and international training experience.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Either $20 per session or group rates depending on the class preference.

What types of students have you worked with?

In my many years teaching, I've worked with all kinds of students, from 3 year olds to many ASD students of various leveles on the spectrum, professional and Olympic level athletes.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Two of our coaches participated in the 2016 Olympics

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Do your homework and research the instructors and their backgrounds. Join an organization that is affiliated with a larger national governing body, such as USA Boxing, USA Taekwondo, WKF Karate or a renouned Capoeira group
