    I love the relationship Ann builds with her clients. Which is so important in a trainer. She tailors every session to the individual needs of each client. She assesses the clients ability & strength and reassess and every stage of training. Her workouts are tough, but they never go beyond the ability of the client. She is a great motivator, is quite knowledgeable in her craft and is very results driven. I have had many trainers in the past but Ann by far has been the best.     Shes knowledgeable, she always touch on different muscle area. She makes the workout individualized and not make it same routine, each workout is different but we feel stronger and fit..     Frequently asked questions

    First is a complementary fitness evaluation this is so I can asses what level of fitness they are in. Then I have them preform a series of diffrent excersises to evaluate there strengths and there weakness  Then I am able to put together a specialized workout program for them! 

    I have a bachelor's degree in health and fitness, I am certified with ISSA personal training with several certifications 

    I have several packages monthly, weekly, or pay a sesion at a time.  The more sessions you purchase the less the session will be!- The pricese are very reasonable 

    I was always into fitness and  training, it was when I hired a trainer to work towards a fitness goal to be in a figure competition body building that's when I feel in love with the sport of competeing when I transformed my lucre life that was when I wanted to help people transform there life so they can feel good and look good.  Change your body change your life!-

    I have clients from 89 years oldi man who is recovering from a stroke to a quadriplegic paralyzed  from mid section down, house wives, teenage s ! Pregnant women , gastric bipass clients.

    Being in the medical field for over 30 years half of them in the emergence room  II have a lot of versitlity , with all types of people I'm up for everyone and any one who is looking to get healthy 

    I am presently heading up a go to fund for my client jack who by the way looks amazing, we are trying to get Jack a new wheel chair that actually helps him stand up, it's going to really help Jack be more independent and get blood to his legs so they won't be so stiff and rigid ! We collect 1300 we need 5.976 all most there!-
