Current active MMA coach and instructor. Specializing in kids, adults, fighters, and non-fighters. I have 15 years of total experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (brown belt), Boxing, Muay Thai, and catch wrestling. Undefeated in MMA competition (3-0).
I love seeing my students succeed. To me, martial arts are about more than defeating opponents. The main goal is set goals that can be achieved. Any time I am able to help someone reach their goals, I am fulfilled. From small victories like getting a specific movement correct, to larger victories like weight loss and competitions, my enjoyment is based on my clients' successes.
