Our bodies consist of the eight (8) limbs we need to effectively defend ourselves. I enjoy seeing people growth as they learn hiw to use the "weapons" that are always with them. I love seeing people do the moves they never imagined being able to do. The excitement on my client faces, brings me so much joy!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New clients are asked to complete a questionnaire, so I can access their skills and determine the best course of action to train them and help them achieve their goals.
The plan is adjusted according to the clients progress and any changes the client might have regarding what they want to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certfied Instructor under Kru Hamza and Kru Steven, Maisonets Camp. They've both had extensive training from Thai instructors in Thailand. They bought back the authentic first hand training and I learned under that curriculum.
Since 2005, I've been a Licensed Instructor through the United States Muay Thai Association (U.S.M.T.A).
