I've been training people for many years (10 +). I teach people how to use their body's as Weapons. "You have exactly what you need on you, to defend yourself"
I enjoy helping people become a better version of themselves. I enjoy seeing the growth of the people who stick it out.

Well rounded training
1) They fill out a questionnaire that ask about previous injuries and goals.
2) I assess their goals and give them a blue print.
3) We start to working from there.
