I help those with bikini prep coaching, athletic sports performance, meal plans in a new way, no restrictions! Functional training and bodybuilding. Vegan lifestyle and meal plans available as well. We are all inner athletes. I'm going to bring that drive dedication and performance out of you. This isn't just about moving your body or burning a few calories. Once you change your focus and perspective and train and think and eat for performance then everything else falls into place naturally! I have had my own personal struggles with body image and weight, I was once 225 lbs at the age of 13 , then I have battled both anorexia and bulimia dropping to as little as 80 lbs , fitness and a vegan lifestyle saved my life truly . I can relate to everyone on every level of their journey. I truly love helping those and seeing them succeed in life . I am now an athlete and I want to help prevent others from misinformation about training and food ,

FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I have them answer a few questions about any health issues , digestive issues , medications etc to get an idea of their current state of health, we talk about their goals and realistic results . Detail and connection is everything for me. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NASM personal training certification 

Degree in sports nutritions and the biomechanics of the human body in relation to nutrition , more specifically a plant based lifestyle.

cycling certification 

CPR/AED 

I also have had my own transformation from 225 obese 13 year old to a 115 lb athlete at 34 years of age, I understand on a personal level the struggle and drive it takes to commit to yourself and to finally put yourself first , learn through my mistakes so you don't have to make them . We're in it to win it together, your not just my client your my teammate. Fitness and nutrition is far more than a scale , its emotional and life changing , 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

60.00 per session. 60 minutes 

120.00 per session . 60 minutes training plus meal plan/macros/calories

You won't get results in a week. It takes time and consistentcy , below are my packages 

5x per week (without meal plan)= 300.00

5x per week (with meal plan)= 600.00

Anything less than 5 x per week we can discuss
