Hey! I’m Nicole. I help people get stronger, more flexible, and more confident in their bodies by teaching proper form, safe training, and smart movement.
I have a background in yoga, mobility work, strength training, and martial arts, and I combine those skills to create sessions that actually make sense for real people.

Nicole is awesome!! Ive been learning from her for a few weeks now and I already feel a huge difference in my movements!
She showed me some stretches to do in bed for homework which Ive been doing. The breath work is something I enjoy a lot as well.
She even taught me how to do a rear naked choke! She is really nice, patient, and a great teacher.

Nicole is absolutely incredible! Not only is she an exceptional yoga instructor, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in our sessions. Ive been taking yoga lessons from Nicole for a couple of months and even though Ive only been doing it once a week, I noticed a huge improvement in my posture and overall feeling in my body. For example when Im running, I feel more limber and capable. I highly recommend her.

I love Nagomi Yoga! I couldnt even touch my toes in a forward fold but now I can. Just from one lesson a week! I cant wait to continue my lessons with her. Shes great. Very attentive and good at describing the poses accurately so you really understand the fundamentals. Highly recommend.

Nicole is seriously the best!! I’ve gotten so much more flexible since working with her, like I can actually move without feeling stiff all the time. She just knows how to push you in the right way without it feeling overwhelming. And her food advice?? Literally changed the way I eat. What really got me was that she gave me all this nutrition advice for free, off-hours, just because I told her I was struggling with my relationship with food. She didn’t have to do that, but you can tell she actually cares and isn’t just in this for the money. She helped me fix my eating habits without making it feel like some crazy strict diet—just small, better daily choices that actually stick. I’ve lost weight, I feel stronger, and honestly just way better in my body. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Nicole is honestly amazing. I came to her mainly for personal training, but I ended up getting so much more out of it. My flexibility has improved so much, which I never thought would happen because I’ve always been super stiff. She just knows exactly what you need and makes everything feel doable.
One time, we were chatting after our lesson about how creepy my next-door neighbor was, and she legit stayed an extra half hour just to teach me the triangle choke. Like, who does that?? I will never forget it. That definitely made me want to keep her as a regular part of my routine. I’ve been working with her twice a week for 3 months, and I feel a night and day difference in my body and ease of movement. Ive already got my sister to do the same. She’s seriously the best!
