I keep the workouts challenging and fun. I listen to my clients needs and concerns. I am able to modify or progress the exercises as indicated.

I use a variety of equipment including free weights, bands, medicine ball, Bosu and TRX.

I utilize Pilates for core strengthening and Yoga for flexibility.

i also have specialized training for hip, back, shoulder, and knee issues.

I have 15 years experience in the fitness industry.
