First I consult with the student. I find out what are the goals of the student. I also find out what's the motivation behind the goals. Secondly, during the consultation, I ask about injury history, medical history as it relates to exercise, fitness experience, student expectations, and eating habits.

I usually charge $80-$100 per session depending on location. I travel to where the client wants to be trained. That can be at a gym, park, or even at the clients home. There are also packaged sessions, such as 48 session for $2880 which breaks down to $60 per session.
