I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. My experiences in fitness training include a focus on muscle building and fat burning. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.

I love the fact that I am able to help clients reach thier fitness goals. I truly feel successful when they succeed on their goals. I also get very excited by sitting and putting their workout plan together. Helping people get healthier is one of the most satisfying things to me.

    The strength I was building, also slowly becoming tone was pretty nice. I like the attention I was given, it made me feel like my trainer actually cared about my improvement rather then just the money. Overall great experience!

    Frequently asked questions

    First I consult with the student. I find out what are the goals of the student. I also find out what's the motivation behind the goals. Secondly, during the consultation, I ask about injury history, medical history as it relates to exercise, fitness experience, student expectations, and eating habits.

    I am an ACE certified personal trainer certified in optimal muscle training.

    I usually charge $80-$100 per session depending on location. I travel to where the client wants to be trained. That can be at a gym, park, or even at the clients home. There are also packaged sessions, such as 48 session for $2880 which breaks down to $60 per session. But due to the pandemic I am doing virtual sessions which equate to $40 per session.

    I have mainly dealt with clients that want to lose weight and tone. 

    My advice is find the personal trainer that fits what you are trying to accomplish. This trainer will keep you accountable and will also educate you in what you're doing.
