Taecole Taekwondo & Fitness, established in 1997, is situated in Albertson, NY, and its surrounding areas. The academy, led by the renowned Master Maggie Messina, specializes in martial arts classes for both adults and children, starting from the age of 3. The team, boasting of Gold Medalists who have represented the U.S.A. in international tournaments, aims at inspiring each student to excel in school, at home, and in Taekwondo class. Their unique approach includes a focus on early childhood development, with staff holding NYS teaching degrees and Primal Health Coaching certifications.
