What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I go through an initial consultation and assesment. We talk about goals, exercise experience, and motivation for exercise. together we come up with a plan and I begin to program for you. Programming is specific to your goals and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Exercise Science at California University Of Pennsylvania. I have over 15 years of training experience in NYC. I hold Personal Training Certifications from N.A.S.M and A.C.E. I hold several speciality certifications in Corrective Exercse , Performance Enhancement, and Behavioral Change through N.A.S.M. I am also a Nutrition Coach with certifications with Precision Nutrition and N.A.S.M

Online Training through Zoom 80 per session
Online programming per month 250. This includes the month of programming with regressions and progressions as needed. Daily e-mails and weekly zoom call to answer questions/ concerns.
How did you get started teaching?
I was always involved in athletics so personal training just became a natural progression for me.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of clients. From athletes with sport specific goals. To moms looking to tone up. Busy businessmen and women on tight schedules. Older populations working on mobility. And people looking to feel and look better.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a trainer that you are compatibale with. Clearly define your goals to your trainer. Trust the process.
