Our coaches and trainers are focused on providing an exceptional service centered around the clients goals and needs. At CrossFit POP, proper technique is paramount, and we will continue to work with you to perfect your movements. We have worked with clients of all ages and needs, from ages 2 to 96. We are welcoming, friendly and supportive and can help you become fitter and healthier.

We enjoy working with people, and more importantly, becoming part of their lives. We always strive to become more than just a trainer to our clients. Those personal relationships lead to more dedicated athletes and better results.

Frequently asked questions

The first step is usually to set up a call or meeting to discuss the clients goals, and to discuss a workout schedule. After that, we usually start off slow to find the clients strengths and weaknesses and progress the program accordingly. 

I have a bachelors degree in health and exercise sciences from Gettysburg College. After school, I attained my CPT from the American College of Sports Medicine. Once I discovered CrossFit, I worked to become a certified level 3 CrossFit coach and a certified CrossFit Kids coach. 
I have been training people of all ages for over 10 years and in multiple settings.
