I offer personal training to all ages and all levels. I specialize in boxing training, overall fitness, and weight lifting, cardio as well as core!

I am CPR/AED certified as well as my CPT from AFAA NASM.

I enjoy seeing progress in all of my clients and seeing not only their fitness improve but their self esteem and confidence as well! I love seeing people be able to challenge themselves and make themselves proud and experience learning something new and how to lead a healthy lifestyle.

    Every week I look forward to my personal training session with Michael! We set goals and make sure we achieve them! I have always been one to keep up a fitness routine but felt like I needed something new. Michael puts together workouts that are both fun and challenging. I especially like that he incorporates boxing into the workouts!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We evaluate where you are from a fitness standpoint through basic workouts and we go through potential goals both short term and long term!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified personal trainer and 3 years experience boxing as well as training weight lifting and overall fitness 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Yes I have 3 month and 6 month contracts for both 30 minutes and 60 minutes. You can buy a minimum of 12 sessions for the 3 month and a minimum of 24 for the 6 month . Payments can either be made all up front, monthly, or bi weekly and the more sessions you buy the cheaper the rate drops. Rate starts at 47.50 for 30 minutes 12 sessions and 75 60 minutes 12 sessions and every 12 additional you buy the price drops $5 per session. 

How did you get started teaching?

My own personal inspiration. Having to build my body back from overcoming 5 abdominal surgeries including colon removal and triple hernia surgery. Once I did that and built my muscle back it inspired me to help others going through similar hardships whether it was a big mountain or small hill! I enjoy helping others and spreading the good word of fitness and habits of fitness!

What types of students have you worked with?

all ages and all levels as young as 5 and as old as 70. People who are starting from scratch and people who are looking for a new challenge.
