We are the Cleveland area's first licensed CrossFit affiliate, since April 2007. We provide fitness traning and nutritional guidance to people of all ages and fitness levels.

The strange experience of selling a highly effective fitness program is that it makes members fit so quickly that when guests who are poorly conditioned visit and see all of the fit people, they often assume it is not right for them. They couldn't be more wrong.
