We achieve fitness and weightloss by working out together 3 nights a week. We use primarily bodyweight methods and will increase your balance, strength and flexibility and our clients lose bodyfat and increase muscle tone.
I also offer online personal training and Behavior Change Coaching.
I've worked with athletes from age 4 to 83 and love helping others reconnect with a healthy lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals. From Parkour to Calisthenics and Resistance Training we can get you on the road to your own Fitness Goals!
