Hi! I’m Kathy Stone and I am the owner of New Mind And Body Personal Training Center. New Mind And Body is a personal training studio with commercial equipment that is designed for one on one personal training sessions. It has a personal and private atmosphere that enables the client and the trainer the ability to discuss confidential matters and to work at their own unique level of fitness without judgment from others.
At New Mind And Body we treat the individual as a whole. We look at all aspects of your life (health, fitness level, goals and desires, career, relationships, family history, trauma’s etc.) to design and implement a fitness program specifically for you.
New Mind And Body Personal Training Center has a world class team of personal trainers who are certified, experienced, and, above all else, committed to your personal growth. We work with out of shape beginners to veteran exercise enthusiasts and everything in between. With our knowledge, passion, compassion, desire, work ethic, and just the right amount of “push”, No matter who you are or your circumstances, we will get you to where you want to be. We are dynamic motivators and we are results driven. With a team of 6 trainers, we will choose a personal trainer who best aligns with your fitness goals, personality and training style.
