Our trainers will facilitate hands on the hardest of the work, resistance training while prescribing the cardio and mobility/flexibility for the client to perform on their own to create the most effective plan of action. We coach clients in what, when, and how much to eat to ensure their nutritional practices support their goals.
We train in gyms in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle and Hanover. We offer Virtual Training and Outdoor Training!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We'll begin with a complimentary consultation in which we'll discuss you needs and goals along with your full health/medical history, exercise experiences and lifestyle demands. Then, we'll be able to design a program specific to you and your needs. We facilitate the hardest of the work hands on and prescribe the specifics of the additional work that you'll be able to do on your own to make the most effective and efficient strcuture. We will coach you in what, when and how much you need to eat to acheive your goals.

We bill our clients on a monthly basis and prices are dependent on how frequently the client trains.
