We are a small, personalized, diverse, boutique training studio and we don't require a membership to workout at Spark. Our goal is to guide and safely coach you to reach your goals. We start with an assessment and customize your training sessions to your needs.
Beautiful facility! Great trainers - not just 'gym' trainers, but experts in their fields/areas of expertise. Personalized workouts and many options for your fitness goals - Strength training, TRX, Pilates, Spinning, classes or individual training AND, my favorite KICKBOXING!!! I've been going to gyms for years and have tried many different workouts, but Kickboxing is the most amazing workout you'll ever get! It combines cardio, core, strength, flexibility, coordination and the psychological benefits are something I've never experienced. You feel so energized, strong and empowered afterwards. It's not MMA or hardcore; the only thing that gets 'punished' is the bag! The trainer, Rachel Cabrera is focused on wellness and personalized goals and trains in multiple modalities with a diverse clientele. I've also found that kickboxing meshes/enhances other types of workouts and is great for people who like to move and/or do something different every session. I highly recommend Spark Fitness and would recommend kickboxing to anyone, of any age group, gender or level of fitness.
Schedule a consultation either phone or in person. Once the client comes in they fill out health assessment forms and we go over the forms together. We then create a customized exercise program to help the client meet their goals.
