Hey everyone MLK offers great Boxing and Fitness training. We will take every step together from Your feet placement (Fighting stance) all the way up to your exercise and diet. Boxing is much more than just through punches and we will learn this fast working with us. "Tevin Farmer" started his amateur career and professional careers here. We are happy to train with you to rich your tip top shape as a Boxer. I started Boxing at MLK back when I first turned 12. started a great amateur career and stopped at 18 due to a medical condition. Speaking to my own coach I was told I have the knowledge needed to be a great coach. From how to step with punches to how to block and get out the way of punches in a swift movement.
