About
Training for 20 years you get to work with lots of different types of people, injuries, doctors etc. I feel that having a degree in exercise physiology and having the professional relationships with others who work with the body has made me the best trainer. I feel i am avaliable to my cleints when they need me.
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2002. Not once has it felt like a "Job" to me. I love the pace of training and most of all i love the personal relationships that i build with my clients.
