About
Hardbody Inc. is a one stop shop for training, specializing in a variety of training styles including strength training, circuit training, CrossFit training, boxing fitness, weight loss and cardio conditioning, also sports specific training. We are goal oriented but also take an aggressive approach, but most of all we have fun getting it done!
I love seeing people progress, seeing personalities change for the better, seeing confidence built, but most of all knowing that I've helped my clients to do or continue to do the things they love.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will always start with a fitness assessment in which I find out your strengths and weaknesses. We also check for any improper movement or muscle and balances that we may have to correct before we move on or at least incorporate it into your fitness plan. Whatever your fitness level is we'll start there and progressively move forward. We will also check Height, weight and body composition in which we will revisit every month to check on progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified Master trainer, weight loss and fitness nutrition specialist, also through NASM. I've been doing boxing and CrossFit training for over 5 years and they are my favorite and in my opinion most effective when it comes to weight loss and lean muscle gain.

Prices may vary but most definitely reasonable. Initial assessment must be done first, which is free of charge.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started training not long after I lost close to 100 lbs myself. I am a natural teacher so why not teach something that I lived through and live on a day to day basis. It was an easy decision and I love doing what I do.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with everyone from elderly clients with many ailments, to student athletes looking to get better at they're respective sports. I've worked with people trying lose weight, gain weight and those trying to look better or just get stronger. I've literally worked with every client imaginable and I'm always up for a new challenge.
