What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer an initial fitness assessment that evaluates your body weight, body fat, BMI, resting heart rate and blood pressure, girth measurements, and cardiovascular fitness. We redo these evaluations every few weeks to track your progress. We also offer accountability with nutrition tips and tricks to help you meet your specific physical goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and have been an accredited certified Personal Trainer for two decades. All our trainers hold accredited Personal Traininng certifications and years of experience working with folks from all walks of life - from young athletes to special populations. I am also a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist, and offer hypnosis services to our clients if they are open to it, and need help choosing healthier foods, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We typically charge $45/hour session. This can vary depending on where you live, and therefore how long it will take us to drive to your home. We charge $65/hour session to train two people together.
