About
I began working out when I was 15 years old playing sports in school. I did not begin to take it seriously and becoming a student of the human body and the science behind training/coaching until 2015. That year I dove into it honestly, to improve my own workouts and performance. I had people notice my passion and asked for help so I began there. It wasn't until I met my mentor Jeff Black, last year while going through chemotherapy where I realized this was my true calling. Thus I began my business. I have worked with average men and women, former athletes, current athletes, and looking to expand always! I love a challenge or something new that I can learn from.
Personal Training Certification through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, also through ISSA. Two Years of Exercise Science background in college at ETSU (East Tennessee State University)
I have an intense passion for helping others, I beleive that everyone owes it to themsleves and those they serve in their lives to be the best possible versions of themselves. Seeing the joy in someone's eyes or hear the happiness in their voice when they reach even the smallest of goals is one of the many reasons I love what I do. Not for myself, but for my clients. I serve you in any ways you need pertaining to your physical and sometimes even mental health.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Exchange of emails, text message, or even a phone call. Schedule a time for a consultation. After consultation, have a sit down and discuss goals, and expectations from us both. Show and explain all paperwork and forms to make sure there is no grey area or confusion! Make payment and then GET TO WORK ON A BETTER YOU!!!!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal Training Certification through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, also through ISSA. Two Years of Exercise Science background in college at ETSU (East Tennessee State University)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is per session, but I collect once a month based on the amount of sessions a client requires. In this price, they get a custom program made just for them and their goals (even for days they are not with me), one on one training, flexible diet plan, progress tracking, and weekly feedback!
I also have online coaching/training options for someone whom either does not want to commute, or lives elsewhere. Gets all the same things as an In person client, minus the one on one coaching, but the line of communication is open, I will even facetime you if you require.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure your goals are practical and acheivable within a particulr timeframe without doing something completely unhealthy or something that will hurt you. Ask questions if you don't understand. Be patient, this is a marathon and were here to guide but the results are ultimately up to you!
