Legion Jiu Jitsu, founded in 2018, is Tennessee's premier martial arts academy, with locations in Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Hendersonville. As an affiliate of the globally recognized CheckMat team, they specialize in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts, offering classes for youth, teens, and adults. The academy strives to create a positive community, encouraging technical competence, and fostering a warrior mindset. Their classes, both in Gi and No Gi, provide varying degrees of complexity and include integrated striking, self-defense, and anti-bullying techniques.
