Methodology is a full service, authentic Pilates studio. We offer private and semi-private sessions, as well as reformer, tower, mat, and prenatal classes. All of our instructors are fully certified and range in experience from 1 year of teaching to 20 years. We are passionate about the Pilates method and the results it yields and love watching bodies change through authentic movement.
