I am a mom of 4 who went from very overweight, to becoming her best version of herself. I became a certified personal trainer and sport nutrition specialist because I found my passion. I realized my dream is to help other moms on the road to a fit and healthy lifestyle- from the comfort of their own homes. I want moms of all ages to feel strong, healthy, and beautiful.
I went on to become a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition specialist with certifications in group fitness, piyo, kettlebells, and resistance bands. I have a passion for helping others find their healthy life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically meet with a student through text or email to answer a few questions. Then we will schedule a face to face meeting to discuss goals and expectations.

How did you get started teaching?
I discovered my passion for helping other moms on their fitness journey after I was severely overweight after having my youngest daughter. I want to share what I’ve kearned with other women.
