At our facility we don’t have ellipticals or weight machines. We use your body and real weights to create natural movement. We only have machines that mimic functional movement, and none of those that don’t contribute to overall health and a lean, conditioned body. I specialize in joint pre-hab / re-hab protocols, gymnastics, Olympic lifting and CrossFit type training protocols. I have over 32 years coaching experience. It is very rewarding to work with my clients in reclaiming their pain free abilities while achieving self preservation and longevity.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a NO SWEAT consult with each of my potential clients. This provides myself and the client to tour the facility first hand and a place to sit down and discuss what it is they are looking for in a training program and a coach. We can then tailor an approach specifically to their needs and availability.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our programs vary based on needs of the client. This can vary from a wide range of monthly charges for group training or package charges for personal training. We can also tailor a hybrid program that provides both group and personal training options. If you're looking for a cheap, low cost investment to your fitness, we are not that solution.
