    While in the United States Air Force, many members in my squadron would ask me how can they lose weight, building muscle, and how to work out. 

    I have worked with men and womenof all ages, healthy to not so healthy people, people that never been to a gym, physically challenged, and people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. 

    An event I am proud of is when I was personally selected by my Commander in front of the command staff to be the squadron "Physical Fitness Czar"!

    The advice I would give to the students is to compare the teachings to science-base evidence.
